This Mentoring Skill Builder supports mentors in planning a reflective conversation with their mentees. While it can be used as a planning tool for mentors, it can be used as an actiivity for a Mentor PLC to use to work on their skills planning for reflective conversations after class visits. An example set of notes from a "class visit" is included to be used for practice.
