Playlists: A Community Builder

We know that building community is important for creating positive classroom environments.  What about building the climate of the professional learning communities within the school?  Community builders are a wonderful way to help all teachers get to know each other better, build trust, and work collaboratively to create a total school environment focused on the success of every student.  This community builder is a fun way to use the music we enjoy most to find connections with colleagues.
