This workshop equips instructional coaches with the knowledge, strategies, and tools to develop a sustainable coaching culture that fosters collaboration, professional growth, and improved student outcomes. Participants explore how to identify their coaching personality, manage time effectively, create shared visions aligned with school goals, and facilitate impactful Professional Learning Communities (PLCs). The session emphasizes measuring and celebrating success, strengthening communication skills, and navigating challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism. Through interactive activities, coaches gain practical strategies to inspire trust, model best practices, and lead with intentionality.
