Focused Look-for Capture Sheet

As an instructional leader, how do you decide exactly what you should look for when you visit a classroom?  Using instructional look-fors for a class visit can provide the observer a specific behavior, strategy, process, or practice as the focus.  A single look-for, based on the teacher needs, school improvement, or system requirements allows the instructional leader to provide feedback that is realistic and actionable.
