This workshop equips administrators and teacher leaders with strategies for integrating formative assessment data into Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to enhance instructional decision-making. Participants learn how to identify, collect, and analyze various types of formative assessment data to monitor student progress and inform targeted interventions. Through exploration of best practices, protocols, and real-world examples, the session emphasizes creating a data-driven culture that promotes collaboration, differentiation, and continuous growth. Discussions also address common concerns and misconceptions about data usage, offering practical solutions to ensure assessments remain efficient and impactful.
