This workshop is designed for school administrators to develop the knowledge and skills needed to support teachers in implementing differentiated instruction. Participants will explore the core principles of differentiation—content, process, product, and learning environment—and practice analyzing classroom practices to provide meaningful, targeted feedback. The training also emphasizes building sustainable systems of professional learning, coaching, and resource allocation that help differentiation thrive across classrooms. By the end of the workshop, administrators will be equipped with strategies to use data and observation tools to evaluate instructional impact and improve student outcomes.
