Modeling Discourse Strategies During Meetings

How do administrators encourage teachers to try new practices that they have never seen in action?   Try modeling new instructional strategies during meetings.   By using an interactive meeting structure that allows teachers to engage with the new practices, teachers will have the opportunity to experience the strategies for themselves before trying them during instruction.
