MD and DC Speaking Standards in Discourse: Look-for Sheet

Teachers are often encouraged to embed discourse opportunities for students in their instruction, but do administrators have a system of providing curriculum-based informal feedback about these strategies to teachers?   This informal classroom visit sheet uses the Maryland and DC speaking standards as look-fors in order to provide the important feedback teachers need to build their repertoir of skills related to academic conversations in the classroom.
