This interactive workshop introduces students and families to eight executive function “super skills” that act as the brain’s power tools for success. Through games, challenges, and guided activities, participants explore how these skills help with organization, problem-solving, focus, and following directions. Practical strategies are modeled for both home and school, making it easy for children to build routines and apply new skills daily. The session concludes with an action plan so each child leaves with clear steps to strengthen one executive function skill.
