Teresa Butcher

Teresa Butcher is an Instructional Strategist who works with classroom educators to grow in their confidence and ability to provide an excellent education, every day.

Teresa knows that excellence in student learning begins with excellence in teacher preparation.

Teresa has taught at a public school serving a 95% Native American student population; she has also coached for a school district with large pockets of Hispanic, Native American and Filipino educators. She is highly experienced in curriculum-writing, standards analysis, and working to connect traditional methods with new strategies, all to the benefit of the educators and students in every classroom.  

When she is not working with educators, Teresa can be found homeschooling her 5 children, gardening, or helping her husband run their small homestead.
