Not all observations are built the same.  Observations are a critical part of the entire school program from building teacher capacity to monitoring the progress of school improvement initiatives.  Different observation processes can be used in different ways to meet the varying needs of the school.  This resource shares different observation structures and how they can be used to support the success, the school program and ultimately, and most importantly, the students.
