This workshop is designed to equip teens with practical strategies for managing stress, offering insights and techniques to navigate challenging times with resilience and balance. Join us to explore mindfulness, time management, and self-care practices tailored to empower adolescents in handling life's pressures effectively.

This workshop is designed to help teens navigate the stressful challenges of adolescence with resilience and balance. Students will learn how stress affects the brain and body and how external factors—such as academic pressures, shifting social dynamics, or unexpected life changes—can intensify these challenges. Through interactive activities, participants explore healthy ways to respond to stress and develop self-care practices tailored to their needs. The workshop equips teens with both immediate coping tools and long-term strategies to improve their emotional well-being and academic success.

  • Rising levels of stress and anxiety among teens related to academics, social relationships, and life pressures.

  • Lack of effective coping mechanisms for handling emotional and physical responses to stress.
