This program, designed for students, helps them understand the science behind social media and stress, and provides them with practical strategies to manage their screen time and improve their mental health.

This workshop addresses the growing impact of social media on students’ mental health and overall well-being. It explores how constant notifications, likes, and online interactions can create stress, anxiety, isolation, and distraction, especially among young people. Through an engaging, research-based presentation, students learn about the science behind social media’s effects on the brain and body. The workshop also provides mindfulness and coping strategies, helping participants find balance and build healthier digital habits.
