Workshop Description
This workshop equips administrators with the knowledge and tools needed to launch a successful schoolwide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program. Participants will explore the core components of PBIS, including establishing clear behavior expectations, developing data-driven systems for monitoring progress, and building staff buy-in through consistent communication and support.
