This workshop equips educators with strategies to foster positive classroom management and promote inclusivity. It emphasizes shifting away from punitive discipline toward proactive, research-based interventions that prevent and address challenging behaviors. Through case scenarios, behavior management tools, and reflection activities, participants learn practical ways to respond to student needs with empathy and structure. The session highlights how to build a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where all students can thrive.
