This workshop emphasizes the importance of cultivating joy as a professional and building collaborative communities in schools. Grounded in research showing that joy is essential—not optional—for a thriving educational environment, it helps participants identify ways to foster positive, productive spaces where both staff and students can flourish. Through interactive discussion, attendees explore strategies such as showing and receiving gratitude, celebrating successes, and supporting colleagues with empathy and trust. The session highlights the power of risk-taking, humor, and connection to build resilience and collective growth.
