This workshop is designed to help teachers strengthen their classroom management practices in order to maximize instructional time and student engagement. Participants explore strategies for organizing classroom space, establishing clear procedures and routines, and fostering a positive learning environment built on respect and high expectations. The session integrates research-based frameworks and practical tools so that teachers can better anticipate student needs, minimize disruptions, and ensure smooth transitions. Ultimately, it empowers educators to create an orderly, engaging environment that supports meaningful and rigorous instruction
