Participants review the NJSLS framework, engage in sample learning activities, and explore curriculum requirements and resources for effective classroom implementation. Through hands-on experiences and strategic planning, teachers gain insights into integrating standards-aligned practices across developmental stages.

  1. Deep Understanding of NJSLS-CHPE Framework and Core Ideas
    Educators will learn to unpack and interpret the NJSLS standards across the three main strands—Personal and Mental Health (2.1), Physical Wellness (2.2), and Safety (2.3)—to inform instructional planning and ensure grade-level appropriateness from Kindergarten through 12th grade.

  2. Strategies for Standards-Based Curriculum Implementation
