Theodore Boler is an experienced administrator and educational consultant who works with administrators and teachers to provide coaching and support in targeted areas, develop the use of best practices, and accelerate student academic performance.

Ted believes that successful educators thrive with a mindset of lifelong learning, and he is committed to the cultivation of this characteristic within all students. He is well versed in a variety of leadership techniques with a proven ability to create and monitor policies and procedures that promote a safe learning environment, ensure a school culture that encourages continuous academic growth for teachers and students, mentor educators in the creation and implementation of class instruction, lesson plans, and student assessments in conjunction with state learning regulations.

Ted has degrees in Industrial and Education Administration. He is highly experienced in writing curriculum, analyzing data and effectively utilizing it to drive instruction, and creating and implementing engaging, differentiated and student-centered lessons.
When he is not consulting, Ted can be found bike riding, searching Antiquarian bookstores, practicing Kung-Fu Wu-Su, or spending time with his grandchildren.
