Susan Habicht is an educational consultant who works with teachers, administrators, and students to enhance instructional practices, develop sustainable school-based structures, and support effective implementation of high-quality instructional materials.
Susan believes that meaningful learning experiences are built on strong relationships, thoughtful instructional design, and a commitment to student success. She is dedicated to fostering environments where all learners—both students and educators—can thrive.
Susan has over 27 years of experience in diverse educational settings, serving as a math teacher, instructional coach, and executive functioning specialist. She has provided professional development and coaching to K-12 educators, supported school and district leaders in implementing curriculum shifts, and worked directly with neurodiverse learners to strengthen their academic and executive functioning skills. Her expertise spans problem-based learning, mathematics instruction, and student-centered pedagogy.
When she is not consulting, Susan enjoys working on the New York Times crossword, reading novels, exploring new educational research, supporting students in one-on-one tutoring sessions, and spending time with her family.
