Janet Walling is a passionate educational leader with 37 years of experience who works alongside administrators and teachers to drive student achievement, develop engaging instructional opportunities, and empower educators to excel.Â
Janet believes in fostering strong relationships, the power of collaboration, inspiring growth, and is committed to creating high-impact learning environments where students and teachers alike can thrive.Â
Janet holds a Master's Degree in Educational Administration, Supervision, and Curriculum Planning from Georgian Court University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Vermont. She has extensive experience in special education, elementary instruction, curriculum development, analyzing assessment data to improve teaching practices, and providing professional development on a variety of topics, including student-centered instruction and SEL.Â
When she is not in the field, Janet can be found reading a good book, enjoying time with her two grown children, traveling, or relaxing by a fire at her cabin in New York state.
