Expert Facilitator, Early Literacy | Instructional Strategist
Elina is an expert facilitator who works with K-5 teachers to provide coaching and
workshop facilitation support in literacy, social-emotional, and classroom management
practices.
Elina believes that the cornerstone of student achievement is the empowerment of
teachers. When teachers feel equipped with proven strategies and supports, they are
grounded in confidence to create a learning environment where students feel safe to
explore new ideas, to collaborate with others, and are motivated to embrace challenges.
Elina has degrees in Early Childhood Education and in Reducing Student, Classroom, &
School Disruption: Prevention & Interventions. She is highly experienced in analyzing
data, using it effectively to drive instruction, supporting positive classroom management
practices, and in coaching teachers in implementing engaging and explicit
student-centered instruction.
When she is not working with educators, she can be found dabbling in a variety of different hobbies
including film and digital photography, paddleboarding, and sewing.
