Dr. Brita A. Theadford

Dr. Brita A. Theadford is an Instructional Strategist who works with school districts and  instructional leaders to strengthen curriculum, enhance teacher effectiveness, and align  instruction with state standards. 

Dr. Theadford believes that empowering educators through thoughtful professional development  and data-driven leadership leads to stronger student outcomes and sustainable school  improvement. 

She has supported urban, suburban, public, charter and private school systems as an instructional  supervisor and district administrator, overseeing staff evaluations, curriculum design,  professional learning, and compliance with state and federal mandates. She has also contributed  to NGSS implementation resources and national educational publications. 

When she is not consulting, Brita enjoys creating innovative programming for community and  families, exploring animals and parks with her grandchildren, and spending time with family and  friends.
