Elementary Education, Coaching, and ELA
Christina Partyka is an educational consultant who works with Elementary and Middle School teachers to provide real life experiences, new techniques, and enhance current teaching practices to promote effective teaching practices promoting student growth.
Christina believes being fluid with teaching practices and expectations is what makes one an effective teacher and coach since all teacher and student needs are different and need to be approached in a more individualized manner to be relevant. Using data effectively and knowing how to analyze data is imperative for teachers to properly address student learning gaps.
Christina has her degree in Elementary Education K-5, 5-8 with a specialization in English Literature, Orton Gillingham certification, Masters in Literacy, Supervisor certification, and is in the final stages of obtaining her EdD in Educational Leadership. Christina has taught at many elementary grade levels, Math and Science for 5th grade, ELA for 6th grade, and supported both students and teachers as an Response to Intervention Reading Interventionist where she worked with students 1:1 and teachers in a coaching role focusing on differentiated instruction at both the elementary and middle school levels. Christina also has experience as an adjunct professor with a primary focus on Graduate level students in the Literacy program in both a lecture and clinical advisor role.
When she is not consulting, Christina can be found spending time with her three children and husband exploring parks, amusement parks, and being silly together!
