Instructional Strategist
Carly Cinotti is an Instructional Strategist who works with schools, educators, and district leaders to strengthen early literacy instruction, enhance curriculum alignment, and elevate instructional practices through evidence-based strategies.
Carly believes that all children deserve access to high-quality, research-driven instruction that meets their unique needs and fosters a lifelong love of learning.
Carly has over 13 years of experience as a Pre-K–2 educator, special education teacher, and teacher mentor. She has been recognized as New Jersey Governor’s Teacher of the Year and is skilled in the Science of Reading, Orton-Gillingham, curriculum design, and professional learning facilitation. She has supported educators across inclusive and special education settings, helping them implement standards-aligned instruction and use data to drive student growth.
When she is not consulting, Carly can be found running with her dog, fishing and exploring nature with her two young boys and husband, relaxing at the beach, or playing a lively game of pickleball.
