Instructional Strategist
Alexandra Zolton is an Instructional Strategist who works with administrators and teachers to provide coaching and support in targeted areas of difficulty, develop and incorporate the use of best practices, and advance student performance.
Alexandra believes that successful educators thrive with a mindset of curiosity, passion and lifelong learning, and she is committed to cultivating these characteristics within our students.
Alexandra has degrees in Behavioral Neuroscience and Curriculum and Instruction. She is highly experienced in writing curriculum, creating hands-on lessons that are inquiry based and student driven, social emotional learning, behavior modifications, and incorporating universal accommodations to strengthen all students' executive functioning skills.
When she is not consulting, Alexandra can always be found with her two dogs in tow, walking on the canal or in the forest, working in her gardens or reading a good book.
