   Participants will learn how to optimize their physical classroom space by organizing materials, arranging furniture effectively, and creating interactive displays. These strategies are designed to minimize distractions and promote efficient student movement and access to resources.
   
   
2. Developing and Reinforcing Effective Procedures and Routines
   Educators will gain tools to establish, teach, and reinforce classroom procedures, ensuring that students understand expectations for transitions, group work, materials use, and behavior. This includes using consistent modeling, rehearsal, and reinforcement practices based on guidance from The First Days of School by Harry and Rosemary Wong.
   
   
3. Proactive Behavior Management for Engagement and Positivity
   Teachers will explore strategies to build a positive classroom culture through clear behavioral expectations, proactive routines, and positive reinforcement. Emphasis is placed on fostering respect, growth mindset, and student accountability while increasing engagement through structured activities and minimal downtime.
