Sparking Change Through Meaningful Feedback and Constructive Conversations

Participants will explore the science of change, develop a culture of reflection and accountability, enhance their communication skills through effective listening, observation, and questioning, and strategize on overcoming obstacles like pushback and challenging conversations.

Change can often be uncomfortable, but it engenders growth.  This workshop begins with an exploration of the science of change, as well as how to develop a culture of reflection and accountability within the school community.  Participants will discover how to hone their communication skills through the powers of effective listening, observation, and questioning.  Finally, participants will map out strategies for overcoming obstacles, such as pushback and challenging conversations.
