In this workshop, the process of constructivist science instruction outlined in the 5E Model (Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, and Evaluate) is expanded to incorporate the three-dimensional framework introduced in the Standards.

In this workshop, the process of constructivist science instruction outlined in the 5E Model (Engage, Explore, Explain, Elaborate, and Evaluate) is expanded to incorporate the three-dimensional framework introduced in the Standards. At the conclusion of this workshop, instructors will know how to design lessons that employ the 5E model and the standards.
