This workshop delves into the fundamentals of tiered intervention (i.e., MTSS or RTI), offering a practical approach to address the academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs of all students through multiple levels of support. Participants will explore the various tiers of intervention that can be applied within the classroom, along with strategies for implementation and resources for each tier. They will also discuss progress monitoring and data-based decision-making. Additionally, participants will gain an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of intervention team members to ensure a collaborative and effective implementation process. The workshop includes case studies and video clips, providing opportunities for participants to apply learned concepts to the unique needs of specific students.
