Leading Change: A Program for School Leaders

Participants will join a six-week program tailored for administrators, blending live and asynchronous learning to cultivate ongoing growth in effective educational leadership through engaging workshops, interactive discussions, and insightful self-reflection exercises, empowering them to uncover hidden strengths and areas for development.

One thing that we know is true about great leaders is that they are lifelong learners.  With the constant demands of the school year, it might be easy to neglect opportunities to invest in your own learning.  It’s time to change that.  

Designed for administrators, this flexible six week program harnesses the power of live and asynchronous learning, and invites participants on an immersive exploration of effective leadership in the education realm.  Through engaging workshop sessions, interactive discussions, and insightful self-reflection exercises, participants will uncover hidden strengths and areas for growth.

Upon completion of this program, you will walk away with: 

  • insights into your own unique leadership and communication styles, and clarity on how that impacts your work with others
  • a personal mission statement that supports trusting teams and aligns with your schools’ vision
  • a deeper understanding of the research behind change, and specific communication techniques that will move your team forward
  • an individualized action plan that will provide you with the tools you will need to address challenging conversations
  • a set of team goals that promote positive collaboration for the year ahead
