Students report difficulty with concentration and time management, so this workshop aims to teach students how difficult experiences can impact many cognitive functions, including memory and perseverance.

This workshop is geared for a high school audience as we look to support teens during at-home and hybrid learning. Students report difficulty with concentration and time management, so this workshop aims to teach students how difficult experiences can impact many cognitive functions, including memory and perseverance. Further, the activities in this workshop are meant to support student’s ability to prioritize what’s important and identify ways to tap into intrinsic motivation, even during a pandemic.
