Differentiating for Multilingual Learners

In this workshop, participants will learn why differentiation is so important for Multilingual Learners.  Specifically, we will take a deep dive into assessment practices that support MLs and guide teachers to make appropriate instructional decisions.  Using videos, participants will get a better understanding of the "assessment loop" and how to provide "just right" feedback to students.  Participants will then take a look inside a classroom to see instructional practices in action.  Finally, they will leave with a plan for differentiating their own upcoming lessons.
