This workshop introduces educators to the foundational principles of culturally relevant pedagogy, emphasizing how teachers can recognize, understand, and respond to the cultural contexts of their students. Grounded in research, the session guides participants in analyzing their current instructional practices and identifying opportunities to incorporate culturally responsive strategies. Through discussion, video analysis, and collaborative exercises, participants explore how motivation, engagement, and culture intersect in the classroom. The goal is to equip educators with practical tools and reflective techniques that improve equity and inclusion in teaching and learning.
