1. Foundational Knowledge of Culturally Relevant Pedagogy
   Participants will build an understanding of culturally responsive teaching, including its historical roots, key characteristics, and importance in today’s diverse classrooms. This includes learning how culture impacts learning styles, engagement, and student-teacher relationships.
   
2. Analysis and Revision of Teaching Practices
   Educators will examine their own classroom practices to identify areas that may lack cultural responsiveness. Through scenario analysis and peer discussion, they will learn how to revise those practices to better reflect and support the cultural backgrounds of their students.
   
3. Implementation of Practical Strategies
