This workshop is designed to help educators reverse the decline of passion and perseverance among students by treating grit as a teachable performance value. Participants will explore the latest research on grit, achievement, motivation, and resilience and learn how these traits influence long-term academic and life success. The session provides educators with actionable strategies for nurturing grit through goal-setting, growth mindset development, and constructive feedback. Educators will collaborate, share best practices, and leave with a toolkit ready for immediate implementation to elevate instructional practices and student outcomes.
