Best Practices for Push-In Instruction

Participants will learn best practices for utilizing the push-in model and strategies for working with co-teachers, focusing on small group instruction, and will gain collaborative skills and resources to enhance their teaching immediately.

The purpose of this workshop is to provide both best practices when utilizing the push-in model, as well as strategies for working with co-teachers. Participants will have the opportunity to learn collaborative skills that can help co-teachers succeed in teaching all students and adapting to work with various types of teachers. There will be a strong focus on small group instruction and how to best implement it within a push-in program. Participants will walk away with resources and strategies they can use immediately to improve their practice.
