Designed for School Leaders asking...

How can we ensure ELA instruction reflects the full rigor and progression of the NJSLS so students demonstrate measurable growth in literacy across grade levels?

What systems will support consistent implementation of standards-aligned practices in reading, writing, speaking/listening, and language to improve proficiency outcomes for all student groups?

How do we integrate equity, digital literacy, and interdisciplinary connections into ELA instruction in ways that strengthen student engagement and raise overall achievement?

This workshop helped me better understand the challenges families face and gave me practical strategies to strengthen communication and engagement. I now feel more confident in building supportive partnerships with families to improve student success.
