Shasha Anderson is an expert facilitator who works with educators and school leaders to strengthen instructional practice and advance equity-centered teaching and learning. She supports teachers through coaching, curriculum design, and reflective practice that centers student voice and access.
Shasha believes that meaningful support for teachers multiplies its impact, as empowering one educator creates opportunities for countless students to thrive.
Shasha brings more than twenty years of experience in education and holds a PhD in Urban Education. Her expertise includes curriculum development, data analysis to inform instructional practice, and the design and implementation of engaging, differentiated, and student-centered learning environments.
When she is not working with teachers, Shasha enjoys time with her family, traveling to Jamaica to visit loved ones, and reading for pleasure.
