Rob Daniello is an educational consultant who works with administrators and teachers to provide support and guidance for strategies that promote academic success and social/emotional wellness. Rob works to use his teaching and administrative experience to drive student growth through the use of best practices and data-driven solutions.
Rob believes that student success starts with positive interventions and a strong support system utilizing all resources available within the school community. He prides himself on building strong relationships with schools and is passionate about real-time, evolving curricula to help support individualized needs.
Rob has 26 years of experience in New Jersey’s public schools and has held positions of English Teacher, ELL Teacher, Director of Humanities, and Middle School Principal. He has earned four degrees from Seton Hall University, which include Masters Degrees in Bilingual/Bicultural Education and Educational Leadership and a Doctorate degree in Education Leadership, Management and Policy. He is highly experienced in identifying barriers that hinder student growth and promotes classroom structures to assist struggling learners. Rob has a wealth of experience in writing and revising curriculum and using data to help support instructional decisions.
When not consulting, Rob can be found at the beach with his two teenage sons, riding roller coasters with them at Six Flags Great Adventure, or playing the guitar.
