Eleni Ntelekos has worked as a consultant delivering professional development services for English/language arts and English as a second language (ESL). She began her career as a high school English teacher and spent the majority of her career teaching ESL in grades K-12. She thoroughly enjoyed working with students from different countries and once taught a class where 11 different languages were represented. Eleni also has a passion for helping students with autism. With a niece and nephew on the autism spectrum, she decided to learn as much as she could and pursued a graduate certificate in behavioral intervention therapy for students with autism. Most recently, she received her administration certification for grades K-12 while completing a Philly Plus program for distinguished educators. In this program, Eleni learned a scientific approach to coaching teachers that improves student achievement and student outcomes.
