Eleni Ntelekos has worked as a consultant delivering professional development services for English/language arts and English as a second language (ESL). She began her career as a high school English teacher and spent the majority of her career teaching ESL in grades K-12. She thoroughly enjoyed working with students from different countries and once taught a class where 11 different languages were represented. Eleni also has a passion for helping students with autism. With a niece and nephew on the autism spectrum, she decided to learn as much as she could and pursued a graduate certificate in behavioral intervention therapy for students with autism. Most recently, she received her administration certification for grades K-12 while completing a Philly Plus program for distinguished educators. In this program, Eleni learned a scientific approach to coaching teachers that improves student achievement and student outcomes. The most rewarding part of her career is coaching new teachers so that they can best teach and inspire their students.
