Using HyperDocs in the Classroom

HyperDocs are more than just online documents with hyperlinks. They are part of a pedagogical approach to instruction in a blended classroom that shifts the role of the teacher from one of lesson planner to one of lesson designer. This workshop provides an overview of all of the critical elements of creating digital lessons with HyperDocs. With a focus on the 4C’s (Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, and Communication) and Universal Design Principles, participants will learn how HyperDocs offer a way to personalize the learning experience for all students while still meeting the requirements of the Standards. Participants will explore HyperDocs, as well as create digital lessons to use right away! NOTE: This workshop is platform independent and can be customized for both Google and Office 365 users.
