This workshop breaks down all of the barriers of greater female participation in math, science, and STEM courses by providing specific suggestions for each challenge. Participants will return to their school systems armed with ideas, resources, and an action plan for enhancing female participation in district courses, beginning as early as kindergarten and continuing through higher grade levels.
