Improving Instruction in Middle School Science

Participants will review the major concepts, skills, and instructional approaches to improve science instruction in middle school.

Using the NSTA’s “Stop Faking It! Finally Understanding Science So You Can Teach It” series, participants will review the major concepts, skills, and instructional approaches to improve science instruction in middle school. Topics include Light, Forces and Motion, Energy, Sound, Air, Water and Weather, Chemistry Basics, and More Chemistry Basics.
