Mindfulness at Home

Participants will learn how to integrate mindfulness practices into their daily lives, with a focus on what works for each individual and family.

Participants will learn how to integrate mindfulness practices into their daily lives, with a focus on what works for each individual and family.  After a review of the research base, participants will actively engage in mindfulness activities and have the opportunity to discuss how the application of these practices would look, including the benefits and possible obstacles.  Finally, participants will leave with an action plan and resources for integrating mindfulness practices into their existing routines.
