Kayla has advanced degrees and certifications in elementary and middle school education as well as school and district administration. She has extensive experience planning and facilitating professional development and coaching for teachers and leaders. She also is highly skilled at data analysis for the purpose of targeted and differentiated instruction.
When Kayla is not consulting she can be found in nature with her beloved canine companions or home supporting and educating her young three grandchildren.
