Dr. Watson is an educational consultant supporting K-12 schools in New York and New Jersey schools. In addition, she conducts school review and evaluation visits across the country and teaches college graduate level courses.   Dr. Watson began her career as a middle school English and Special Education Teacher and later transitioned to the Director of Special Education and English Language Learner Coordinator. After obtaining her doctoral degree, she worked as the Director of Curriculum and Instruction at a turnaround middle school in the South Bronx; and served as Principal of the same school.  

During her educational career she has successfully led and supported a few school teams with CSI and TSI status. Dr. Watson also served as an Assistant and High School Principal in New York City. She holds a dual Master's Degree in General and Special Education, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership (Curriculum and Instruction). In addition, she is a certified New York State teacher with teaching licenses in general and special education grades 5-9, School Building Principal (SBL), and School District Leader Licenses (SDL).
