Eleni Ntelekos

Eleni Ntelekos is an educational consultant who works with teachers and administrators to provide coaching and model best practices in order to improve student achievement.

Eleni believes that a growth mindset is essential for all stakeholders in education.  She also believes that building relationships with students is the foundation that is needed to promote learning.  Finding these micro moments, building relationships and a sense of community, is essential for student success.  

Eleni has degrees in English as a Second Language, ELA 6-12 and also has her administration certification. She is highly experienced in coaching teachers using real time feedback and creating a coaching plan of small actionable steps that lead to significant improvements.  

When she is not out in the field,  she can be found enjoying the sun or the beach with her three children.  She also loves to cook Mediterranean food and tries new recipes often.
